2. What This Site Collects

This website uses no cookies, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or third-party services. No personal data is collected or stored by visiting or browsing the site.

Personal data is processed only when you contact us by email. The data processed is: your name, email address, company name, and the content of your message.

3. Purpose of Processing

To respond to your business enquiry and, if relevant, to provide the service you requested. Your data is not used for any other purpose, including marketing.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): responding to inbound business enquiries is a legitimate interest of the operator. Where an enquiry progresses to a potential engagement, processing is also based on pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).

5. Retention

Email enquiries are retained for up to 2 years from the date of last contact, unless a contract is established. Where a contract is signed, relevant correspondence is retained for the duration of the contract plus any legally required accounting retention period (6 years under Finnish Accounting Act 1336/1997).

6. Recipients and Sub-processors

Your data is not shared with third parties, sold, or used for advertising or profiling.

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., a Microsoft subsidiary). GitHub processes web server logs (including IP addresses) as part of standard hosting operations. GitHub's privacy statement is available at github.com/site/privacy. Email enquiries are handled via Google Workspace (Google LLC) and stored on Google's EU infrastructure. No personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR (EU 2016/679), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or request restriction of processing
• Receive your data in a portable format

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or third-party scripts. No cookie consent banner is displayed because none is required.

9. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes materially, the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Given the minimal scope of data processing, significant changes are unlikely.
