2. What This Site Collects

This website uses no cookies, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or third-party services. No personal data is collected or stored by visiting or browsing the site.

Personal data is processed only when you contact us by email. The data processed is: your name, email address, company name, and the content of your message.

3. Purpose of Processing

To respond to your business enquiry and, if relevant, to provide the service you requested. Your data is not used for any other purpose, including marketing.

4. Outbound B2B Prospecting

Nomos Digital identifies B2B professionals whose roles involve e-invoice compliance, finance operations, or ERP systems, based on publicly available professional information: conference speaker lists, trade publication bylines, case study references, and professional network profiles. The data processed is limited to professional context: name, job title, employer, and professional contact details.

The lawful basis is legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Nomos Digital has a legitimate interest in contacting B2B professionals in relevant roles; processing is limited to professional data that individuals have made publicly available in a professional capacity; this does not override individual rights and interests.

This data is held in a private, access-controlled system. It is not shared with third parties. Individuals who have not engaged within 12 months are removed from the active contact list. You have the right to object to this processing at any time by emailing jens@einvoiceops.eu - your data will be removed within 7 days.

5. Legal Basis (Inbound Enquiries)

Processing of inbound enquiries is based on legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): responding to inbound business enquiries is a legitimate interest of the operator. Where an enquiry progresses to a potential engagement, processing is also based on pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).

6. Retention

Email enquiries are retained for up to 2 years from the date of last contact, unless a contract is established. Where a contract is signed, relevant correspondence is retained for the duration of the contract plus any legally required accounting retention period (6 years under Finnish Accounting Act 1336/1997).

7. Recipients and Sub-processors

Your data is not shared with third parties, sold, or used for advertising or profiling.

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., a Microsoft subsidiary). GitHub processes web server logs (including IP addresses) as part of standard hosting operations. GitHub's privacy statement is available at github.com/site/privacy. Email enquiries are handled via Google Workspace (Google LLC) and stored on Google's EU infrastructure. No personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area.

Under GDPR (EU 2016/679), you have the right to:

10. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes materially, the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Given the minimal scope of data processing, significant changes are unlikely.
